• Maintains an internal operating temperature of -35°C, never exceeding -30°C under heavy usage or defrost cycles.
• Digital display for real-time temperature monitoring
• A&G LCD Smart Screen for intuitive operation
• A&G SmartCloud logging, compliant with AS3864.2, featuring:
  • Activates if the temperature rises above -27°C.
  • Door open alarm (after 30 seconds)
  • Power failure alarm
  • Battery backup integrity check
  • Alarm mute function with re-alarm activation in under 20 minutes

✅ Robust & Durable Construction

• 304 stainless steel interior with a chemical-resistant stainless steel exterior
• Nylon non-marking castors with lock-in-place brakes for mobility and stability.
• Food-grade poly-coated plasma baskets, with lift-out baskets in chest freezers.
• External independent temperature cable/probe port for additional monitoring.
• Cooling and defrosting systems:
  • Fan-forced cooling evaporator for consistent temperature distribution.
  • Automatic reverse cycle defrost (manual defrost required for chest freezers).
  • Chest freezer lid with gas struts for easy access and secure positioning.

Accredited Calibration & Compliance Services

As a NATA ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration provider and a NATA ISO/IEC17020 accredited Type C Inspection Body, we offer the following services in accordance with AS 3864.2:

• Temperature monitoring and alarm system calibration
• Alarm reactivation testing
• Spatial distribution checks
• Maintenance inspection
• Comprehensive documentation and certification for all tested units

Arrowsmith & Grant Refrigeration provides unbiased service and support for all makes and models of blood refrigerators and plasma freezers either as a one-off service or as part of a 6-monthly maintenance schedule per AS3864-2012.
