Warranty Conditions

Arrowsmith & Grant are Australian industry leaders in the engineering, design, manufacture and service of high quality refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. As both a manufacturer and a dealer of superior refrigeration solutions, our warranty terms are dependent on the type of system purchased.

Please read through the following terms and conditions that are applicable to your specific system.

ARROWSMITH & GRANT MANUFACTURED REFRIGERATION UNITS:

Standard warranty is limited to metropolitan areas during normal business hours only. Additional charges may apply for units located outside metropolitan areas.

Warranty may be void if recommended periodic maintenance is not performed during the warranty period. Recommended maintenance schedules are supplied at the time of purchase and may be scheduled with Arrowsmith & Grant as part of a regular maintenance program.

For blood fridges and plasma freezers, spatial mapping costs in accordance with AS3864.2012 are not included as part of the warranty conditions

*SKOPE require the following steps to be taken to ensure your unit is covered by warranty:

The cabinet MUST be registered with SKOPE within 4 weeks of delivery
Register online at portfolio.skope.co.nz or phone 1800 121 535

Please note: Cabinets that are not registered within 4 weeks are not eligible for a warranty
